The Tenth Annual Digital Be-In
Co-produced by Unity Foundation

This years Digital Be-In is being co-produced by Unity Foundation, an organization that has been promoting human rights for all people for 22 years.

Unity Foundation
Unity Foundation was founded in 1976 for the purpose of promoting world peace, cooperation, and unity. The Foundation accomplishes its non-profit purpose through the presentation of special cultural and educational events, media campaigns, and the use of interactive communications technologies.

Unity Foundation programs are designed to create greater understanding, respect and appreciation for the human rights of people of all races, cultures, lifestyles, & generations within the Human Family. The Foundation also educates the public in the areas of conflict resolution, and positive cooperative solutions to local, national, & international problems.

The Goals
Through the creative arts, education, and interactive communications technologies, to bring together the Human Family into a state of unity with itself and with the earth.

The Events
During the Foundation's history, over one million people have attended special events produced or coordinated by the Foundation; and more than four hundred and fifty million people have been reached through the Foundation's media campaigns.

During Unity Foundation's history, the Foundation has served Humanity by:

1. Supporting human rights for all people.
2. Saving the environment for future generations.
3. Feeding the hungry and homeless.
4. Giving media focus to indigenous peoples.
5. Raising funds for AIDS/HIV services.
6. Using new communications technologies for peace and global problem solving.
7. Working to create a nuclear convention that abolishes nuclear weapons.
8, Mediating conflict through culture.
9. Presenting free cultural and educational events.
10. Preserving San Francisco's cultural history.
11. Uniting the community through cooperative neighborhood projects.
