Sophia Hanifah, born 1970 in Honolulu Hawaii, and raised in California and Malaysia, graduated from San Francisco State University as a creative writing major. Her involvement in the San Francisco dance community since 1998 led her to connect with Verbum's Radio-V web channel, where she serves as Managing Editor.
