Greg Jalbert of Imaja has been involved in several Be-In events, showcasing innovative Mac OS software products such as Bliss Paint and Bliss Saver, and producing live video mixes of animation and camera work in sync with performing musicians and DJs.

Founding Imaja in 1985 to develop Mac OS software, Jalbert has since also been involved in several San Francisco Bay Area movements in live video and animation performance with music, including performances with the Grateful Dead, SF trance and ambient music events, experimental music ensembles at CELL, Blasthaus, ATW, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and computer art conferences with YLEM and SIGGraph.

Jalbert is an accomplished musician and visual artist as well, working in experimental, electronic, jazz, classical, Afro-beat, Afro-Cuban, Indian music genres, and creating a large body of paintings, drawings and digital art.
