Julia Vinograd:

Described as a Berkeley street poet, Vinograd has achieved a national reputation for her often humorous and narrative poetry. Her books "Jerusalem Poems" earned and American Book Award from the Before Columbus Foundation. Vinograd has written more than twenty books of poetry. She earned a B.A. from UC Berkeley and an M.F.A. from the University of Iowa.
