Gosney reflects, "Experiencing Tim and the swirl around him, watching projects emerge and come full circle, the arrival of new friends, the constant contact with old friends, the mutual love of fellow heros Ginsberg, Burroughs, David Byrne, and others - i t was a rich and fascinating experience. Richest of all were the one on one times with Tim, feeling the bright light of his mind, his positive outlook, love of people, of children, of life, his humor, his priceless stories...so often I felt I should have the camcorder rolling - I wanted to share these intimate moments. But I was one of many who visited the Leary salon regularly. It might have been Ted Nelson or Barlow or Jas Morgan who slept on the office sofabed the night before and talked until 2:30 wit h Tim. The scene grew more intense as his time of passing approached. Constant interviews, constant concern from hundreds of friends. The leary.com family of young multimedia artists moved in full time, the website their passion, and a great source of joy for Tim. I am glad he died in peace, feeling the love around his bed, and from around the world."
